Terms & Conditions

The terms for using DealerHub, with clear responsibilities for your account, your inventory and the content you choose to publish.

Last updated October 12, 2026

01Using DealerHub

These terms cover the DealerHub website, workspace and Marketplace Assistant extensions. Use the service only if you can enter into an agreement and are authorized to act for your dealership or business. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the service.

Your signed customer agreement or accepted order governs your purchased plan and takes priority over conflicting general terms here. A privacy notice explains data handling; it does not transfer ownership of your data.

02Accounts and acceptable use

Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, assign appropriate team permissions, and tell us about suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize and for having permission to upload, import and use customer information and content.

Do not use DealerHub for unlawful, deceptive or abusive activity, unauthorized access, spam, or infringement. Do not bypass safeguards, disguise restricted accounts, or use the service to evade a third party’s rules. We may pause affected activity to address misuse, security issues or service requirements. Contact us if you believe a pause is incorrect.

03Marketplace assistance and your review

Marketplace Assistant helps prepare compatible vehicle forms. You must verify vehicle facts, price, availability, photos, seller identity, required disclosures and the final listing before publishing. DealerHub approval is an internal operating check; it does not establish your eligibility to use Facebook Marketplace.

Facebook controls its accounts, listings and enforcement. Its rules and interface may change or prevent a feature from working. Follow its requirements and stop when it shows a restriction or account check. Operating limits reduce certain risks but cannot guarantee that an account will avoid restrictions or bans. DealerHub is independent of, and not endorsed by, Meta or Facebook.

04Your content and generated media

You retain your rights in content you provide. You give DealerHub permission to host, process, display and transmit it as needed to deliver your requested features, including sending selected inputs to generation providers. Only provide content you have permission to use.

Review AI outputs before use: generated images, video and text may be inaccurate or unsuitable, and outputs may not be unique. You remain responsible for truthful advertising, third-party rights and any required disclosures. DealerHub software, branding and website materials remain protected by their owners’ rights; your subscription permits use of the service, not resale of its software.

05Plans, billing and cancellation

Confirm the features, usage allowances, price and any additional charges in your order before joining. Preview or planned features are not a commitment that they are available today. Participating founding dealers keep their published founding rates locked for 12 months from signup.

Founding-beta subscriptions are month-to-month: cancel anytime, with no long-term commitment or offboarding fee. Your data is yours to export, free. Contact us for cancellation or export assistance; the applicable order or customer agreement explains billing dates and any refund terms. These terms do not create an additional refund or payment obligation.

06Availability and changes

Early-access and beta features can have errors, interruptions and compatibility limits. Keep copies of important records and review results before relying on them. We do not promise uninterrupted service, a specific number of inquiries or sales, or results on platforms we do not control.

We may update features and these terms as the service evolves. We will identify the updated date and communicate material changes through the service or your account contact where appropriate. Nothing here removes rights or obligations that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Contact us using the contact page about these terms or your agreement.
